You know that awkward gap between when school ends and when parents get home? Yeah, we fixed that. Future Institute isn't your typical after-school dump-and-pickup situation. We're talking real learning that doesn't feel like learning. Your kid comes in, does homework (gets it done, actually), then dives into stuff they're genuinely curious about. Could be coding. Could be art. Could be building something that makes their friends jealous. We've been doing this in Constanța since 2011, and honestly, we've watched kids transform from "ugh, another program" to "wait, it's pickup time already?" That's the whole point.

Our Story
Started back in 2011 because one of our founders watched her nephew sit in front of a screen for three hours after school. That wasn't okay. So we opened our doors with 12 kids, two tutors, and a lot of optimism. Fast forward 13 years, and we've worked with 847 students across dozens of different interests. We've stayed small on purpose. We wanted to actually know our kids' names, remember what they're working on, catch when someone's struggling. Expanded once in 2018. Haven't changed our core philosophy since day one.

Founder & Director
Started Future Institute because she got frustrated watching kids zone out after school. Holds a degree in childhood education. Obsessed with creating spaces where learning actually sticks. Drinks too much coffee.
Andrei Popescu
STEM Program Lead
Former software developer who realized he loved teaching more than coding. Runs our tech and robotics workshops. Somehow makes debugging sound exciting. Has been here since year two.

Artist and educator who believes every kid has something creative inside them. Leads painting, design, and multimedia projects. Can convince a reluctant kid to pick up a paintbrush in about 30 seconds flat.
